Sales of land properties in Kalives

Kalives is a seaside village in Apokoronas district.  It is believed that there, was located the ancient city of Amphimatrion. In 1206, the Castel Apicorno was built east of the village to ward off the invaders, in 1538 the place was destroyed by the pirate Barbarossa. Kalyves is very close to the ancient city of Aptera (5 km), as well as the Ottoman fortresses of Injedin and Palekastro. On the Kastelli hill there are the remains of the Venetian castle of Apokoronas. In the port, buried in a cave is a German cannon. The cave is dug from one side to the other of the mountain and at the end of the cave the view from a small window overlooking the cliff and the endless blue is fascinating. In addition, in Mesopotamos river there is a Venetian watermill. In the village there are many services such as banks, buses, supermarkets, pharmacy.
