Unique seaside plot of 30 acres at Stavros Akrotiri. Close to the city of Chania, the airport and the port of Souda.
Akrotiri is a peninsula adjacent to the city of Chania where the International airport, Ioannis Daskalogiannis, is located but also the port of Chania, Souda where the ferries connect daily Chania to Piraeus. Along the road that leads from Chania to the airport you will come across the tomb of Eleftherios Venizelos (popular politician of the previous century) overlooking the city of Chania and the Lefka Ori mountains. Continuing the journey in the Akrotiri peninsula we arrive at the settlement of Kounoupidiana where the University and the Campus are located. In this town you will find all the necessary services without having to go to Chania and it is regularly connected by a bus service with the city. Continuing on the west coast you can visit the beaches of Agios Onoufrios, Kalathas, Tersanas and Macherida to get to the north where the beach of Stavros is where the film “Zorba the Greek” was shot.
Ideal for the construction of a hotel as it has a building of 6000 sq.m. for tourist facilities.
