Holiday Home Villa in Chania - Luxury Residence Livadia

The study concerns the construction of a luxury residence in Chania, which will be able to accommodate up to six people. The design aims to harmonize the building in a fairly sparsely populated area, in the village of Livadia, right next to the sea.

The compositional choices are reflected in the exterior and interior spaces, with the break-up of volumes that sometimes protrude outwards and sometimes recede inwards.

This logic also governs the configuration of the surrounding space, with the variation in the heights of the levels of this villa and the alternation of surfaces with different materials.

The greenery is the keystone of the design, as it is visible from every point of the interior, and offers a sense of calm and relaxation while promoting extroversion.
